Based on the level of sponsorships, senior Human Resources and other executives from major corporations will be invited to meet with over 200 top students from many HBCUs/MIs.
The executives will receive all the resumes of the participating students of the program in advance and will have the opportunity to meet the selected students for breakfast on Friday morning of the program week. They will also be able to observe the students in action as they present their business plans and respond to questions from the judges. The executives will have the chance to conduct follow-up interviews with the selected students and extend final offers. We strongly encourage companies to make the final offer to selected students by Saturday early evening of the program week, prior to the Awards Dinner event.
