This unique leadership institute is designed for DEI leaders from industry, academics, government, and non-profit. This opportunity will be limited to sixty participants and will be based on FCFS.
This program will have three components:
First: There will be formal presentations by the leading and experienced DEI officers and experts along with breakout sessions on specific DEI issues.
Second: Practical experience, where all participants will have the opportunity to interact with presidents, deans, faculty members and top students form about fifty HBCUs and twenty MIs.
Third: Opportunity to interact with many CEOs and other top executives and leaders form industry, government, and non-profits.
With the successful completion of the program, each participants will receive certificates and invitation to come back to the program for any future need.
