This special program will bring about 200 top students from HBCU/MIs to Atlanta at the event. Selection of students will be done based on the following criteria:

- Extracurricular Activities
- Oral and Witten Communication Skills
- Analytical Skills
- Presentation Skills
- Competitive Spirits
- Ability to Work as a part of the Team
- Leadership Skills and
- Positive Attitudes
